Terms of use
These website terms sit alongside any platform subscription agreement and implementation statement of work.
Platform subscription
Access to the InsightEasy application is governed by the applicable subscription agreement, including organisation-based access, usage budgets and fair-use expectations where stated.
Implementation services
Discovery, connection, configuration, testing and training are scoped separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for lawful source data, accurate documentation, appropriate access grants, validating material answers and following their own review processes before acting on AI-assisted outputs.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site or platform, attempt to bypass access controls, probe for unauthorised data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property and data ownership
InsightEasy retains rights in its software and branding. Clients retain ownership of their source data and organisational content. Generated outputs are handled as set out in the client agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information disclosed during evaluation and delivery, subject to the written agreement.
AI limitations
AI-assisted answers can be incomplete or incorrect. InsightEasy provides grounding, permissions and source visibility to reduce risk, but does not guarantee accuracy for every answer.
Liability and termination
Liability caps, exclusions and termination rights are set in the governing commercial agreement. Website use is at your own risk to the extent permitted by Australian consumer law.
